Penalty Pads are great for when you want to hand-deliver an Official Ticket to someone or leave it in a place where the offending person is sure to see it. For example, on top of your husband's dirty pile of clothes or in your boyfriend's unsanitary bathroom. Using Penalty Pads at home or in the office is fun and effective.

Penalty Pads are an excellent impulse purchase item and come ready for sale right out of the box. Each 4" x 9" Penalty Pad contains 15 Official Tickets and comes individually shrink-wrapped with a unique UPC barcode. An eye-catching counter display box holds 84 Penalty Pads and makes an enticing product presentation.
